Romantic, through and through from watching old movies to reading romance novels, I do just love, love. I think this is why I have always photographed weddings in a fine art way.

so what does fine art wedding photography mean?

When couples ask what fine art wedding photography means, they’re usually drawn to images that feel timeless, emotive and beautifully considered — photographs that won’t date and still feel meaningful years from now.

As a UK fine art wedding photographer, this is how I have always approachedweddings. I’m quietly observant, drawn to the small, in-between moments that often go unnoticed, and I photograph them with intention to create classic, romantic imagery that feels honest rather than over-styled.

Fine art wedding photography doesn’t mean being posed for hours or feeling stiff in front of the camera. My approach blends documentary storytelling with a refined, editorial eye — allowing your wedding day to unfold naturally while I gently guide things when needed. The focus is always on connection, light and real emotion.

With years of experience working with light and tone, I photograph in a calm, unhurried way, using both digital and film. This allows me to capture raw, effortless emotion while helping you feel completely relaxed and confident in front of the camera. My style is about elevating what’s already there, not staging moments that don’t feel like you.

The result is a wedding gallery that feels genuine and heartfelt — from quiet, intimate moments between the two of you, to candid images of your guests, and beautifully photographed family group portraits that still feel natural and unforced.
